Our a la carte menu is subject to daily change to reflect the availability of the freshest and most seasonal produce. It is not an extensive menu since everything is prepared fresh everyday. We seek to put quality over quantity at all times.

  1. The food here really is lovely! As one of your suppliers, we thought that as you support our business, we should support yours and come in for lunch. It was superb! I had pork with dauphinoise, black pudding and poached pear – devine! We sat by the fire and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I have booked to return with some friends tomorrow and can’t wait.

  3. The pub is an old favourite, but had fallen down in late years. You’ve reinvigorated it and made it into a gem that I’m confident to recommend. I hope others will see the care you put into your food from the photos – they’re a great addition to your website.


    • Thank you for taking the time to write this, it is most appreciated. The pub has had a chequered history and we were so pleased to be able to get our hands on it. So many people have many fond and distant memories of it. It’s early days still, but we do have a very clear vision to put it right back up there.
