 Warm Cornish crab sandwich with brown shrimp butter, smoked cods roe and avruga crème fraiche, tarragon and preserved lemon aioli

Oxfordshire beef rump tartar with cured egg yoke, smoked parsnip emulsion and bone marrow with celery and black onion seed sourdough

Ras el hanout grilled cauliflower with white bean tagine, tahini and chermoula

Pan roast lamb rump with home made gnocchi, aubergine and tomato, braised white cabbage and basil infused lamb sauce

Seared tandoori monkfish with carrot and cumin , mussels, wild rice and pak coy

Grilled pork cutlet with chorizo and haricot blanc, kale, red wine sauce and apples, onions and garlic

Tagliatelle with wild mushrooms, pea and black garlic

Hot chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream, pedro ximenez soaked raisins and chocolate crackle

Classic lemon tart with raspberry sorbet and lemonade foam

Brioche bread and butter pudding with baileys Anglaise and honeycomb ice cream
